The city wants a prettier downtown. Is it a downtown or an intersection?
There’s a lot of effort and meetings happening planning this. A tax increase might be coming. Get interested.

Geauga Lake? Barrington? or in between?
Seems most folks here base an opinion of you on where you live.
What’s up with the neighborhood isolation here? Maybe new developments need little moats my their signs. And here’s some names for some developments

“The Former Meadows”, “Chainsaw Lane”, “Cornfield Homes”,
or “That Development next to the outlets” “This Used to be the Woods”

Do you know about the Quentin Alexander deal on Rt82?

The city settled out of court with the owner/developer and signed a consent agreement which allows about three times the housing density on the property,
BUT THE ZONING STAYS THE SAME!!!
It’s a complex land deal with wetlands and conservation easement. Ask your mayor or councilman about it today.

So does the city have the kahunas to back the electorate?

Now that the ballfield issue has gone down in flames like every other civic improvement. (The last sucess story was the arrival of the railroad in the 1850’s.) What’s next?

Tip of the green hat to the city and the ABL really showed how to flaccidly support an issue.

Shall they play stickball in the street?
